Some new goodies

Here are some new goodies that arrived this week.More to come, will keep you posted.For the first time I have bought some pretty handbags and scarves that are'nt too expensive.The dearest being $29.95.Very affordable.

Also have sourced some locally made soap, and they make cupcakes,cake slices and jam tarts.

I also have a new and cute coffee pot cake timer.$9.95

And I have decided to sell beautiful braids,beaded fringing and laces for craft.We are thinking of doing some craft workshops.I have ordered some beautiful flowers from Miss Rose Sister Violet.They should be here next week.

everythings roses

I'm back safe and sound from the Melbourne Gift Fair.It all went so fast I was back before I knew it!Got lot's of goodies for the shop,will post them as they start coming in.Lot's of ideas too.

A customer commented that I must love roses and it was'nt until she pointed it out that just about everything in my shop has some sort of rose on it,and usually pink!So I thought I'd post some photos of a few things with roses on them.

I have also been making some velvet rose tassels.They are fun to make and dont take long.

Cant believe it's Saturday already.This time next Saturday I will be in Melbourne for the Gift Fair.Cant wait!!!!I've never been to the Melbourne fair before.My hubby is coming too and I dont know who is worse at going over the budget, him or I .My motherin law has generously offered to mind the kids(and do the sport runaround) so it will be nice to have a few days away,even if it will be hectic.Hoping to find some great ideas for Xmas and also some more pretties for the shop.Will keep you posted.For now I thought I'd show you the new floor rug that came in this week.I did have another colour but sold out.They are really lovely ,also I have some new bags.I love the chenille effect of the spotty one.They retail for $24.95,and are great for carrying all your goodies.Hope you have a great weekend,chat again soon!

I was looking for something to do,and thought these hanging frames needed something.What do you think?I put some beautiful Gail McCormack cards that I got from Miss Ali in the frames.I think it was just the thing they needed.I have also been making velvet rose swags to sell in the shop.

These pretty aprons almost look too good to use.They are very popular in my shop.The company I get them from are bringing out some vintage style fabric ones.Cant wait for them to arrive.

After finnishing work today I am looking forward to doing some shopping and spending some gfit vouchers i have,my eldest daughter will be with me to help spend them Im sure!!!

One of the pretty clocks we have in the shop.The cinnamon sticks are lovely with the roses on them.We also have some lovely gifts in the shop(lots with roses on them of course).

These are the rose decals I put on our chairs ,I decided to put the smaller ones as I did'nt want to over do it.But now I wish I had put the medium ones on.Oh well I know for next time.

Thought I'd also publish this photo of the believe sign,it's sitting on top of the armoire surrounded by velvet rose garlands.Looks pretty.
